In the three body problem series you can suicide in kamiokande experiment (Japan, kamioka mine) just opening a door from Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (UK). Or you can filter a water molecule (0.2 nm) with a filter size of 0.01 nm. #scifi must be precise to be lovely.

This started out as a work of #fanfiction... And it wraps up the "Remembrance of Earth's Past" series so damn well you'd think it from the original author. I applaude whoever sought this out to get published and for #cixinliu for giving it his blessing. Absolutely loved the paths this explored after wrapping up #deathsend and giving a bit more depth to already important characters.

Ok I finished "Three Body Problem" by Cixin Liu

Solid #Scifi , absolutely love the idea of the "Sophon", but what stood out for me was that much of the story is set against the backdrop of the Chinese Cultural Revolution. This struck me as particularly relevant to the times we currently inhabit. The mass cult-like hysteria and the war on intellectuals really hit home as we confront the right wing tsunami washing over us.

Anyway its part of a trilogy so I will eventually move the on the next in the series.

I'm a slow reader so don't wait up...
