Ah, it's this time of year where we are transitioning from paths being impassable by bramble and nettles to the paths being impassable by mud. Tried out a new route through a wooded area on well marked but not much used paths. And we spotted a few deers, which Paddy truly enjoyed and I could just about keep upright, as he saw/smelled them before me ;)

Any recommendations from the Fediverse on a headlamp for #trailrunning My trusty Silva Cross Trail 5R is loosing it's battery capacity. Could the Petzl Nao RL be a good replacement?
I know I could just replace the battery, but that not very exciting 😅 -Also the Cross Trail isn't very comfortable on my forehead, unless wearing a caps or hat.

Because of work and admin, I only had time for a quick spin on the legs and around some of Skiptonia's ParkRun route. Missed out on most of the long drag of a hill. Not really steep, just drags and hard to find rhythm. Glad I don't partake as you will have to do it twice. But I also found a trail/track to add to OSM.
