𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗻𝗴): Landscape picture showing a warning sign from the Network of Protected Natural Areas of Castile and León and the Lagunas de Villafáfila Lagoons Natural Park, prohibiting entry to prevent birdwatchers from disturbing the wildlife of this refuge. Above the sign is a male Northern Wheatear. The sign literally reads: "BIRD WATCHING AREA LIMIT. NO ENTRY" 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 (𝗘𝘀𝗽): Fotografía apaisada en la que se ve un cartel de aviso de la Red de Espacios Naturales Protegidos de Castilla y León y de la Reserva Natural de Lagunas de Villafáfila que prohibe el paso con el objeto de evitar que los observadores de aves molestemos a la fauna de la reserva. Sobre el cartel hay un macho de collalba gris. La seña dice, literalmente: «LÍMITE ZONA DE OBSERVACIÓN DE AVES. PROHIBIDO EL PASO»

Sur les dunes de Pirou en Normandie, j’ai aperçu quelques traquets motteux en transit ! Ces petites boules de plumes sont de grands migrateurs : ils passent l’hiver en Afrique centrale et l’été en Arctique 🌍❄️☀️

As we saw it in early April, we assume this intrepid little bird recently arrived from sub-Saharan Africa and is about to begin building her nest for laying eggs. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 (𝗘𝘀𝗽): Una hembra de Collalba Gris posada en el extremo superior del tutor de una espaldera artificial para vides. Como estamos a principios del mes de abril, suponemos que este intrépido pajarito no hace mucho que ha llegado del África Subsahariana y se dispone a iniciar la construcción de su nido para la puesta.
