Update! #TxTag refunded all my prepaid balance, over $24. Not much to me, but it's millions among all the drivers served by TxTag/CTRMA. I wondered if they were going to be held to the grindstone during their sunset.

Not sure if/when I'll order a new toll tag from Harris County (groan) Toll Road Authority. Maybe the next time I think, "Y'know, it'd be cheaper to pay them $25 bank so they don't have to mail me bills for $10 tolls through one tollbooth."
