The nine are being charged with various conspiracy charges stemming from an anti-ICE protest last month.

The most frightening part of this story, at least for me, isn't the arrest but the fact that the US Marshals were engaged for this arrest but haven't done anything regarding the constitutional crisis that's unfolding.
