Jerry has quit Ben & Jerry's, tired of parent company Unilever censoring the company, stifling they're activism, particularly with regard to Gaza, and trying to force them to kiss the ring under Trump's reign.
Ben chose to remain because he wants to advocate for independence from Unilever from inside the company.
I wish Jerry best luck with his next venture whatever that might be!
