Note that comp listed is salary alone, not total comp; we also have incentive stock plans on top of that.
This is going to be a job with a good deal of hands on work setting up and troubleshooting networks on our experimental aircraft and elsewhere, so it is going to need to be at least hybrid in South Burlington, VT (it's listed as onsite, but hybrid can work as long as you're able to be in any time you need to put hands on hardware).
