Two days trying to book and pay for seats on a Virgin Atlantic flight. Hangs before payment on Firefox. Hangs before payment on Edge. Throws up a "cannot process" error in the app. Just so very, very crap. We've had so many tech problems when we've tried to book through #Virgin over the years that we just don't experience with any other #travel company in quite the same way. The experience on their planes and ships is usually top class, but everything around that... urgh.
