Yus, Windows 10 will keep on working just like any other older OS versions. Use a nice anti-virus [1], a decent firewall [2], a "no you cannot do this and/or that"- software [3] and do not visit websites you don't want your mother to know about. (yes, there are many more factors)
But broken? What is broken exactly? I am using my w10 install since forever and this machine is literally always on, up to 100 days at the time. It's working properly! Not an attack btw, just curious. :)

I found that the icons for the #CookieAutoDelete extension lost the transparency and had white background #W10 #LinuxMint. Has this happened to anyone else?
I used Photoshop to add the transparency layer, but as I didn't like it, I changed the original icons to a more simple and intuitive a traffic light system.

Einige Live-Systeme vom #Ventoy-Stick getestet - bei #Ubuntu20 hat alles auf Anhieb geklappt (WLAN, Touchscreen etc.)
Jetzt baue ich mir mithilfe des #persistence-Modus von Ubuntu Live erstmal ein richtig konfiguriertes System auf dem Stick, um alles sauber durchzutesten. 😏

Recently I helped set up an #SME company and suggested #libreoffice. They knew about it and tried it before. They would rather pay a #Microsoft365 than use LO.
I am of the opinion that libreoffice is not an attractive option and will not be the reason for SMEs (or people) to switch. If anything, LO is the reason people would stay on #w10 without security patches or migrate to #w11 having Microsoft office installed. Not because of features, it's because of its #UX and #UI.

Je n'ai encore jamais sauté le pas mais depuis 5 ans que je transitionne le + d'applications et logiciel possible vers #opensource je pense que j'ai un peu + le recule pour tenter l'aventure.

No entiendo esa tendencia actual en todos los #SistemasOperativos a hacer las #BarrasDeDesplazamiento cada vez más estrechas, casi como no queriendo que sean alcanzadas por el mouse. :excuseme:
El único #SistemaOperativo que tiene barras de desplazamiento de tamaño coherente es, precisamente, #W10. ¡¿Qué le pasa al resto de los sistemas operativos?! :confusedny:

I've been putting off switching to #linux before #W10 goes out of support because I didn't know if #ffxiv would work on it.
@Noyesster told me that #Fedora with #Lutris works 'flawlessly' so I thought I should start working on it.
First thing is replace my last 500 Gb for a 2Tb one, and I decided to go for the #Crucial MX500 (I¡m replacing a 2'5" disk with another).
Turns out, only #fuckingAmazon has it, can't find it anywhere else here in Barcelona.
What a disgusting world we're living in.
