I just read through the latest version of work's Staff Handbook. Now there are three separate, incompatible annual leave policies written down. Apparently I'm entitled to only 25 days, with a requirement to take at least 28 days from a flexible total of at least 30.
Just checked my contract, and it has a fourth version.
