My third day at the Vale of Glamorgan Walking Festival. Leading walkers around the 9 mile Llanmihangel circular. There wasn’t too much mud and surface water despite the recent storm. We had a few nice breaks at St Mary’s Church and Llanmihangel. #Cowbridge #WalkersAreWelcome #Wales #Cymru #Llanblethian #Llanblethian #Llandough #StMarysChirch #PlasLlanmihangel #Valeways

A hot day for the Evesham Walkers are Welcome walking festival. From Pershire, via Great Comberton, then over Bredon Hill back to the cars at Ashton-Under-Hill. With 1,215 foot of ascent it made for quite a hilly one! Really interesting edition of the Walk This Way newsletter from the Walkers are Welcome team celebrating ‘Wales by Trails’ with Visit Wales.

It’s brilliant to see an article about the collaborative project to launch the Teifi Valley Trail! I’ll be checking and creating route descriptions this weekend, so expect lots of photos to follow!

Coleford Welcomes Walkers (CWW) recently participated in Charles III coronation weekend by organising an event for the Big Help Out.

The Milkwall to Coleford Cycle track was in need of some TLC. Volunteers gathered to undertake repairs.

The towns mayor Nick Penny said of the work, “Thank you very much for all that you continue to do for the town of Coleford”,
