Finished a game of #BloodBowl against the student who will do infuriating shit with Elves and only roll exactly what she needs and NEVER FAIL A SINGLE THING. #nuffle loves her.

Then I taught the game to two other students who heard me cussing and swearing and thought it might be fun. I pity the fools...

Still recovering from last night.

Drove across the north to pick up two colleagues, then made the drive to Utrecht, to pitch our school #WarhammerAlliance for a pro jury for the National #Education team of the year election.

We aimed to inspire more people to start similar clubs to combat #Loneliness in students, which we did very much!

Didn't make top 3, but still very proud!

Yesterday we worked on a presentation for repping the school #WarhammerAlliance in the national education team competition.

Today I played a game of #BloodBowl7s tournament practice game against my buddy Jasper while Freerk was spectating and painting his horror goblins. #Khorne v #Orcs. I won 1-0, gave Jasper a third half in which I taught him to defend harder. He turned me over!

#School #WarhammerAlliance and it was anti-Warhammer evening (free-for-all) so I brought a #Mordheim Arena variant for the students who have yet to know the joy of #Wargaming.

Of course, it being Mordheim, I had to explain every dice roll because there are so many, but I had them go at each other one on one and they had fun!

School #WarhammerAlliance and I was the only teacher 😖 because everyone else was unwell 😖 while I myself was unwell 😖

Did get a new kid to paint his first model, a #frostrgrave wizard + companion. He did well!

Tried to 3d print sthg which failed, had to monitor all the other students but in the end I tried to quickly paint something too in new kid's palette.

My warrior is a lot worse than his Wiz!

Taught them how to do a #zenithal primer and follow that with #Vallejo #ExpressPaints for quick results, and how to apply basing sand.

In the meantime I painted the basis of a dwarven airship for #ageofsigmar

One of my fellow teachers has an FDM printer in his classroom, and he's been printing terrain for my #WarhammerAlliance club. The prints aren't perfect, but they'll do fine, especially once they are painted. There are a lot of supports to pull off. Luckily, I actually enjoy that part.

Two students who were endlessly mucking about with an #Arduino all right told to just finalise because it worked and they suddenly wanted to play #BloodBowl; three more who never play games but only do #MiniPainting I sounded for interest – they ended up drawing #Frostgrave warbands for next week; a third set were taught #KillTeam by an insecure fellow student.

On Thursday we had our monthly club day at school, so the #WarhammerAlliance club was back in action. There were 8 players (and 1 observer) playing Space Marines vs. Necrons, and they quickly learned: 1. How tough Marines are and 2. How deadly Assault Intercessors can be. Next time, there will be more Necrons.

Four of the teams are in the 40s for points - 20/10/0 (W/D/L) with 5 bonus points max for touchdowns and casualties is a good discerning ruleset. Chaos are one and also leading on casualties AND fouls!

I received a surprise package from Games Workshop today! I think this is supposed to be a "thank you" for running a Warhammer Alliance school club and for filling out a survey last fall. I've never played Warhammer Underworlds before, but I look forward to teaching the game to my students.
