The 58th edition of the annual KW Multicultural Festival is happening this weekend at Victoria Park in Kitchener. Yes, you read that right: *58th* edition! There's music, food, crafts, and much more. It’s a wonderfully inclusive event that’s got something for everyone.
Also, I’m sure that the City of Kitchener will have their free BikeCheck service there. *Biking to the Festival is a great option*.

The 2024 network score was 37/100, ranking Guelph 215 out of 748 mid-sized cities. So, not as good as either Kitchener or Waterloo!

Google Canada is teaching young people in Waterloo region how to be safer online
Google has an online safety roadshow it calls “Be Internet Awesome". It just launched in Canada — and schools in Waterloo region are among the first to be part of the program. Laurence Therrien from Google Canada told CBC K-W's Aastha Shetty more about the project.
