Rescued from the Severn Hospice shop in Machynlleth today for the grand sum of 50p. The six tracks are pretty tight and have more than a little of a bit of an Editors/Interpol vibe, so this EP sounds very much a product of 2009 (the year it was released). I was up late a couple of nights running and not feeling sleepy. I put on some of my favourite Welsh songs last night; a bit of Calan, Mari Mathias, Buddug and some Eädyth Crawford. Then I threw in some Alffa and Nogood Boyo because, what the hell, I was wide awake anyway.
