This is a photo of an upper section of a multi-story brick building against a bright blue sky. There are lots of overhead wires, used for buses, that crisscross the frame. I've got a playful adult cat who enjoys pouncing and chasing string/rope toys. He thinks wires are string toys. Any ideas on how to teach him the difference? I don't want to find out the hard way if an electric blanket or laptop draw enough power to electrocute a cat.
