Just like how the guy that came up with worcestershire sauce was trying to make shoe polish. And wasn’t the penicillin guy trying to get high? Am i mixing metaphors? Crossing wires?

A very small #Woolworths order arrived this morning at 5:25am!
I was awake but convincing my knees to work took a few minutes.
The order had some essential items in it - 2 bottles of #WorcestershireSauce!
Steak & Kidney #FrayBentos late #lunch or early #dinner has been devoured.
I broke through the pastry topping, poured in some #WorcestershireSauce, mixed things through - very satisfying.
My evening meds have been taken, I plan to sleep through until the cool change arrives. 👍
As a lover of #WorcestershireSauce I’m looking forward to trying the #Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey #WorcesterFIRE Steak #Sauce.
It sounds interesting.
Sausages were very nice. I didn’t have dinner last night, so that might have made me easy to please though. :)
One snag (lol) though. I couldn’t find the steak sauce. I put it away, new, unopened a couple of days ago.
I put a tiny bit of #WorcestershireSauce on instead.
Hmmmm. If I was living in the #film #HearMySong (a fun fictional comedy about the real Irish tenor #JosefLocke) I’d blame the #fairies & have to wear my clothes inside out to find the steak sauce again.

Yesterday’s haiku mentioned that I feel like I have a black eye. I don’t have a black eye though. It’s just swollen and sore. What’s going on?
I might have a guess. I made a doctors appointment for afterwork tonight to see if my guess is correct. If it is, then we’re going to have to keep me away from Worcestershire sauce* for a while. Fortunately there have been some amazing advances in topical creams, so I should be okay if the worst is true.
My question for the doctor… do I have… Pink Eye?
