The room is lit in garrish red light, as typical of brutalist Klingon architecture.

The caption reads, "John Tesh makes it hurt so good," referring to the musician and then-host of Entertainment Tonight who made a cameo appearance as one of the holographic Klingons in this scene.

@silvermoon82 I love that this pays off on DS9 when O'Brien's second baby is conceived and he tells Bashir that Worf helped deliver Molly.
