Really painful news - DTC worker's rights to protest is being taken away, at-will employment is becoming a reality, and any disruption in service from protesting will lead to a firing and criminal investigation.

If you live in Delhi I will urge you to write snail mail complaining to the DTC about Union Rights mattering more than the shitty service, and on what should not be a priority, I will do the same.

Just a reminder for employers that requiring employees to work 10 hours per day is not something that is good for long-term: it's bad for health which in turn will be bad for satisfaction of work, productivity and many more. Unfortunately, many employers don't see this problem unless it impacts their working environment and business performance.
