करंट हादसा: हिमाचल में बिजली बोर्ड कर्मचारी की मौत, अधिकारियों पर केस दर्ज
Himachal News: हिमाचल प्रदेश के धामी क्षेत्र में करंट हादसा ने एक युवा बिजली बोर्ड कर्मचारी की जान ले ली। 30 वर्षीय हरविंद्र, जो कांगड़ा जिले के तियाल देहरा के रहने वाले थे, मंगलवार दोपहर बिजली के खंभे पर सर्विस वायर जोड़ रहे थे। अचानक करंट लगने से उनकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। इस हादसे ने उनके परिवार और समुदाय को गहरे सदमे में डाल दिया है।
हादसे का विवरण
हरविंद्र, जो बिजली बोर्ड में बतौर टीमेट कार्यरत थे, दोपहर के समय सोलह मील में खंभे पर काम कर रहे थे। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, करंट लगने के बाद उन्हें तुरंत धामी अस्पताल ले जाया गया, लेकिन डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया। उनकी दो महीने पहले ही शादी हुई थी, जिससे परिवार का दुख और गहरा हो गया। रात को परिजन शिमला पहुंचे, जहां पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव उन्हें सौंपा गया।
पुलिस ने शुरू की जांच
हरविंद्र के पिता रविंद्र कुमार, जो स्वयं बिजली बोर्ड से सेवानिवृत्त हैं, ने अधिकारियों की लापरवाही का आरोप लगाया। उनकी शिकायत पर पुलिस ने भारतीय न्याय संहिता के तहत केस दर्ज किया। पुलिस अब बिजली बोर्ड से हरविंद्र के कार्यक्षेत्र और सुरक्षा उपायों से संबंधित रिकॉर्ड मांगेगी। यह जांच यह स्पष्ट करेगी कि हादसे के लिए कौन जिम्मेदार है।
बिजली बोर्ड में सुरक्षा की कमी
बिजली बोर्ड में स्टाफ की कमी के कारण कर्मचारियों पर काम का दबाव बढ़ रहा है। कर्मचारियों को अकेले काम करना पड़ता है, जिससे सुरक्षा उपकरणों का उपयोग मुश्किल हो जाता है। ऐसे में करंट हादसा जैसे मामले बार-बार सामने आ रहे हैं। विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि बिजली लाइनों की मरम्मत के दौरान शटडाउन प्रक्रिया में भी लापरवाही बरती जा रही है। हिमाचल सरकार की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर बिजली बोर्ड की सुरक्षा नीतियों की जानकारी उपलब्ध है।
परिवार का दुख
हरविंद्र के पिता ने बताया कि उनका बेटा मेहनती और जिम्मेदार था। परिवार के लिए यह नुकसान असहनीय है। उन्होंने मांग की कि ऐसे हादसों की उच्च स्तरीय जांच हो, ताकि भविष्य में अन्य कर्मचारियों की जान बचाई जा सके। यह हादसा बिजली बोर्ड में सुरक्षा मानकों की गंभीरता को उजागर करता है।
