Horrible, horrible run. Intended as an exploration of new and leafy paths. Ground as hard as rocks, hence skinning my knee again. I imagined the river path as being shady and cool but the sun was unrelenting and the tractors working the flat fields raised a dust cloud.
Not going that way again, at least not in summer.
