Es preferible evitar compartir contenido de Twitter, pero si no queda otra opción utiliza esta alternativa que elimina el #JavaScript y las posibilidades de seguimiento de #Twitter, es decir, maximiza la privacidad. Además, a mi me parece más bonito :)
Tan solo pon el usuario (o si haces clic en buscar puedes buscar tweets), haz clic sobre el tweet que quieres compartir y copia el enlace que aparece en tu navegador.
