Makoto seems to be falling into Iori's arms, who steps forward to catch her. Makoto looks surprised, Iori smiles at her.

The second image is a two-panel comic. Iori smiles at Makoto, saying, "got you". Makoto smiles at her, still surprised, stuttering out a "thanks". Her heart beats hard.

I even mentioned this in my aforementioned review of the comic:

"They end up meeting each other in the library, where Athena gives her a copy of The Seven Husbands of Hugo, likely a reference to The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, which is about Hugo's life during the seven marriages, and affairs, she experiences. If so, that book somewhat refers to the insecurities both Athena and Levi have about dating."
