Got some recommendations from last weekend’s threshold tests. As LT1 is on the lower side it was suggested I concentrate on base building again so running with a hr of 139 bpm or less. They say every run has a purpose but tbh I was struggling to find one. Today was a struggle from start to finish, wrong shoe choice, deliberately wore my Adistars as they are on the heavy side and wanted to run a slower pace but they ended up being too cumbersome.
