Great trip up into #AlgonquinPark, had a lot of fun on the bike (and kept the bugs off me). Spent lots of time reading too. Good recharge before things bet wacky.

We're back in Ottawa now, but no real workout today other than a stroll into the market.

Pretty warm day up here in #AlgonquinPark, lots of wildlife; two moose, a red fox, so many birds, and a hilarious turkey.

Got some cycling in with @TAV and on my own. Lots of reading, staring at trees, and enjoying the outdoors.

Black flies are starting to come out, so I have to move fast. 🤣

Probably time for another ride… and then back to the books.
