I'm just aghast at the rewrite of history!
The #Allies dropped nuclear bombs on #Japan to stop the #Axis from destroying many more than the 55M+ lives they already had.
YES, we all - as the Allied fighting force - slogged through EVERYTHING that it would mean to drop nuclear weapons on Japan - but it was it was done to save the many.
Now, it's "wrong" to stop Iran from creating their own nuclear arsenal to destroy non-Islamic peoples. 🤔

I just don't understand.
As it's #PrideMonth, it's important to note that we should also be grateful to #allies, such as myself. Without people like me, there would be no Pride at all. Think about all the straight people whose job it is to provide permits for parades.

"American Airlines Group Inc. remains committed to the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, a measure of LGBTQ+ friendliness, even as other major companies have dropped out.
Fort Worth-based American (Nasdaq: AAL) is one of the few companies that has participated in the index every year since its inception in 2002. The airline has consistently earned a perfect 100% score for all 22 years.
But a recent shareholder proposal, from the conservative National Center for Public Policy Research, argued American should withdraw from the index, claiming it has resulted in financial repercussions and that its involvement aligns the company with "radical transgender activists."
American’s board unanimously urged shareholders to vote against the proposal. In a proxy statement, the board wrote that it has received substantial positive feedback from shareholders for its transparency about participating in the index and other human capital issues, and that pulling out of the campaign would not add any value to the company.
