Is there a plugin (ie vst/clap/lv2) that's a sort of arpeggiator with some sequencer-like and possibly logic features?

It should take simple live polyphonic input and apply some sort of rules, maybe play a predetermined sequence of notes based on the input notes, but possibly with extra notes, complex rhythms, and or logic rules about how to interpret the input.

It should be easy to use with a visually clear GUI, and it should work on mac and linux.

I'm sure something like this MUST exist, but I'm not sure where to look or what to search for. Recommendations please!

I've been looking for a good environment to realize some of my realtime #MIDI processing ideas. I've finally landed on #PureData and pd-lua, which allows one to process signals with very little ceremony in #lua. I have a small, MIDI controller with a touch strip "mod wheel" and with the right MIDI processing, it could function like an #Omnichord. I also want to create an #arpeggiator that is actually good.

MIDI keyboards can be hard to love, but I really like this Korg nanoKey Fold. First and most importantly, it's orange and looks like anime tech. Not suitable for real pianists (careful how you say that word) but hey. I like the keys on the OP-1!

Biggest revelation is the arpeggiator: really inspiring and playable. Been looking for a compact and usable standalone arpeg for a while, and surprisingly this ticks so many of my boxes.
