I think I can't really say this is my favorite one when pretty much every one of these was my favorite one.

Although rare, it is so nice when I'm really happy with the art I make on the first try.

Only flower of the bunch. I've got a childhood storybook about this flower that I remember fondly.

A little cabin in the woods during a clear night lit up by the moon on the ground. Another of the simple watercolors I did last year.

Watercolors I did last year of snow and trees.

I love how the sun will filter through the trees or rest on the snow covered mountains.

When the sun shines through the trees, turning everything gold ✨️

One of the simpler watercolors even in this simple series 😆

Winter watercolor of trees and snow and a hint of the aurora borealis behind them.

New piece titled 'Solstice Winds'

Multi media piece of gouache, acrylic, sharpie, crayons, and dried flora.

Sometimes art is a conversation with the medium like it was with this piece and I don't know where exactly I'm headed and can just vibe with whatever direction I'm pulled to.

Honestly the audio is much more about being queer and neurodivergent... but also the direction my art took 😂

My first wood burning piece that I did about three years ago and still really like.

Funny how sometimes in retrospect it is a lot easier to see why I vibed with a saying or concept.

This says 'Find Your Own Way' in script around the outside.

This one has found a new home with a very kind mushroomlover from the fair.

I'm really happy that they liked it!

Painted from a photo i took on a recent hike with a friend. The quaking aspens were just barely turning gold.

Fun experiment with color on the leaves of this one. Hawthorn berries. Forgot to post a few of these. Still have most of these if you are interested in owning a mini painting 💚

I think skeletons are fascinating. Especially skulls. So interesting to see what lies beneath everything. And there are so many interesting textures too. Spooky vibes are a plus.

Happy Friday the 13th!

These were the first set of pyrography and gouache ornaments I made. I was surprised by how vibrant the paint was as I had been expecting a subtler stain once applied to the wood.

neak peak at my altar i have to clean i guess? I used gouache like I would watercolors. I've done it before but I think I need to work with both a bit more to get a feel when I would rather use one or the other.
