The back layer is pure black. Against that is a layer of yellow semicolons zig zagging from top left to bottom right. Then there is a layer of rectangles following a subset of the same trajectory, shaded white-on-red, acting to frame what is laid on top of them, a fluid letter "E", at once upper and lower case, drawn in blues and purples.
