Is this the thin edge of the wedge? Realistically, autonomous vehicles are still a few years away. It's logical that ebuses would be first to go fully autonomous, because it's set routes, almost like they are like tramcars or trolleybuses.

I know they're trialling autonomous taxis in some countries, which means no regular set routes and being smaller vehicles, perhaps a security concern might cause issues. After all, in a bus, it's safety in numbers.
