I use exercise / physical work to regulate my psychology.

I have concerns about getting to where that no longer is readily available as I age or have a accident/disease.

Some proportion, of the psych regulation I can get from doing ( a , , "Worse than yoga" according to ). Calmness and smoothness is appreciated but the lack of endorphins allows dysphoria to emerge quicker.
