Dreimal und es ist Tradition. Der heutige Tag verlief anders als geplant - ein Termin fiel aus, der andere war kürzer als erwartet, so dass ich unerwartet Zeit für eine #Radtour habe. Wieder die Tour von gestern und vorgestern.

Gerade eben das erste Mal #barfuß auf eine Brennnessel getreten. Leider hat es den empfindlicheren Teil der Mittelsohle des linken Fußes getroffen. Wird wohl noch eine Zeit brennen.

Mann, von dem nur die nackten Füße und Unterschenkel zu sehen sind, schaut in die Landschaft. Vor ihm verläuft ein asphaltierter, feuchter Weg, auf dem sein Fahrrad steht. Dahinter Felder, die teils grün, teils abgeerntet sind. Am Horizont sind die Berge der Voreifel zu sehen. Der graue Himmel ist von Wolken bedeckt.

Heute fahre ich die gleiche #Radtour wie gestern; nur bei Sonnenschein. Um mich herum ziehen dunkle, teils schwarze Wolken und ich hoffe, trotz Pause vor einem Regenguss zu Hause zu sein. Den Ausblick muss ich trotz des Risikos am Ende klitschnass nach Hause zu kommen genießen.

Die Wetterapp sagt, ich darf optimistisch auf weitere Sonne hoffen. Ich hoffe, die Vorhersage stimmt.

Die #Relaxliege, die im Sommer immer besetzt ist, ist frei und ich nutze sie für eine kurze Pause.

Nach längerer Pause bin ich heute Vormittag wieder mit dem #Rad unterwegs. Gemütlich ist für mich ein Schnitt irgendwo zwischen 15 und 20 km/h. Trotz der Temperatur um 14° C ist es #barfuß sehr angenehm. Meine #Füße und Zehen fühlen sich warm an und ich genieße der frischen Wind, der sie umweht.

Herrlich ruhig hier, obwohl der Wind den Lärm der #Autobahn bis hier trägt.

I wear them almost everywhere and for any occasion. Last year, I actually bought a different model because I wasn’t sure these would work for me — flip-flops always gave me blisters outdoors, so I was skeptical.

But it turned out they’re nothing like flip-flops. 🙌 They don’t rub my feet at all. Even more importantly, they let my toes move freely, which made me feel their natural function in every step. Without this pair, I don’t think I’d have experienced my feet this way.
