I've been door dashing for 16 months. It created some body aches and pains for the first 6 months or so, now those are mostly gone but my left shoulder/rotator cuff still seems unhappy after a long week. I always carry the bag with my left hand with phone in the right because I have to use the phone/app.

One thing I have noticed though... for the first time in my life, my left arm is larger than my right. πŸ˜‚ πŸ’ͺ
