A green mean orc miniature on a sand base, blue tacked to a cork (between my fingers). He’s dressed in the bones of different dinosaurs, wearing a triceratops skull as a shoulderpad. There’s some body piercing (using giant teeth) and he’s really beefed up (and angry). The skin is painted in cold green tones (with warmer, more yellow tones over the shoulders). He’s also using a big avian skull as a punch dagger, tied to his left wrist. There’s a pink bit: a piece of flayed human skin (probably a face).

With the new edition of #BloodBowl including tokens for various statuses, I needed a method of storage and transportation. So I found a #crochet pattern online and made myself a dice bag with internal pockets from spare yarn

With the goblins done and the Xmas gnomes in prepping I fell for the new red Gobbo tin boy model. Already deep in to bashing it for the gnomes as another big guy star proxy. Think this will end up a good stand in for deeproot or something similar.

So far I removed a bit of the 40k ish insignia and replaced his bomb with a ball and turned the bots head for a proper nutcracker look. Also carved away the rifle. Waiting for some Nobility feathers for his head and a few gnome faces to replace the Red Gobbo.

Had to do a quick cast of one of the feet. Why do they have to incorporate them in to the bases?! Infuriating.

Fun blood bowl heavy weekend here! Went to a tournament yesterday and went 2-1 with goblins, which is more wins than I've had in some seasons of our league! (Possibly all?)

But the most exciting part is that in the raffle I won a 2nd edition set! No rules but awesome plastic minis and a truly wild foam pitch! Gotta figure out what I want to do with them.

Today going to pick up the new box ☺️
