Just taking a pause after a busy few days and thinking of Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer's Filling My Purse with Commas.

I think what struck me when I first heard it is that we could write a comma on post-it notes to remind ourselves that it's okay to pause - it is in fact very needed! I hope that you can pause today. The full poem is here: ahundredfallingveils.com/2019/
