First step in #FreeSpeech protection taken! Lower court strikes down Missouri's 2023 law targeting #librarians and #teachers that caused hundreds of books to be removed!
It will be appealed, of course - my taxpayer dollars going to defending #BookBans rather than, say, funding schools. The #MO Supreme Court is hardly a bastion of liberalism, so a long legal road ahead. (caveats concluded)
