I find #Bounce pretty exciting but I'm unsure of something.

If I move an ActivityPub account from one platform/server to a new one, I can't use the old account anymore.

Is it the same with Bounce? If I move my social graph from Bluesky to ActivityPub, does my Bluesky account "shuts down" or can I still use it afterward?

I know, Bounce is not out yet, so maybe I'm getting ahead of myself, but I was wondering.

#BridgyFed is a fantastic idea, but I never fully embraced it because of the account/followers I already had on Bluesky. Although I'm not that happy with cross posting I ended up opting for #Openvibe instead.

But if I understood it correctly, #Bounce I'll fix things allowing us to migrate #Bluesky follower to the bridged account 🤯. Long story short, I just "rebuilt my bridge" 😁.

Esto se ve realmente interesante. Una herramienta que permite migrar cuentas entre activitypub y ATprotocol conservando publicaciones y seguidores. Y, según entiendo, también permite migrar entre plataformas del mismo protocolo. Habrá que ver qué tal va.
