BOMBARDINO
3 oz eggnog
1½ oz brandy
float heavy whipping cream
Garnish: grated cinnamon
Method: Warm the egg liqueur in a small saucepan. Pour the brandy in a glass mug. When the egg liqueur is hot (but not yet at boiling point), slowly add it to the brandy. Stir well to combine. Top the cocktail with a generous amount of whipped cream, and garnish it with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
The reward after a long day of skiing in Italy! I learned about this one from a friend who lives in Austria and loves his mountain time. The perfect antidote to the cold weather.
