When I looked up 'bullying' online, I was surprised that most of the sites described bullying in terms of youth. The Texas State University website was one of the few that defined bullying according to a list of behaviors exhibited by people in general, not just youth. The university describes some of those behaviors below.
Typical tactics used by bullies include, but are not limited to:
• Demands/threats
• Name-calling/swearing
• Mockery/sarcasm
• Severe/nasty tone of voice
• Insults/put-downs/personal
• Yelling attacks
• Constantly interrupting
• Public humiliation
• Finger-pointing
• Spreading gossip or lies
• Invading another’s space
• Unrelenting/persistent criticism
• Looming/hovering over
• Isolation/exclusion/ostracism
• Slamming objects
I am so sorry that we in this country are experiencing increased bullying and fascism. Hopefully, as individuals and government officials, people will put some effort into not bullying others or resorting to fascism. I can only hope that citizens can and will be kind to others and be role models, especially for our young people. "

I wonder why I always take the #underdog’s side—maybe to stand up to #bullies, maybe just because I like the fight.
Or maybe I just dislike the #mob mentality, too independent to join the crowd. Whatever people argue, I argue the opposite.
