I was just ripped to shreds at work, absolutely gutted. Told my work was shit, no way it's on par, that I should be ashamed of myself, and question if I should even be working here.

So, that's great. It was one report by the way, no one else at my company has ever told me I wasn't on par with expectations, just absolutely blindsided.
