Die sog. Schutzgelderpressung ist in Deutschland strafbar. Leute gehen irgendwo hin und verlangen einen Geldbetrag x, damit sie nicht alles kurz u. klein schlagen, die Besitzer foltern, pp. Wer nicht zahlt ... wird entsprechend behandelt. Russische Kriminelle, vor allem die in den 80ern bis 90ern aufstiegen, kennen sich damit sehr gut aus. Schon komisch 🤔 dass #Putin sich genau daran orientiert. Vielleicht sollten wir die #Camorra an den Verhandlungstisch setzen?
