Deux remarques :
- ce n'est pas l'Allemagne nazie vaincue qui a imposé le traité de capitulation;
- il reste 10% du chemin sur le traité voulu par les vaincus. Je ne crois pas que la Russie fera ce chemin-là et encore moins que ce traité sera le bon.

To me the one "cool" thing about the 28 point #capitulation plan, mostly written by #Russia, is that it helps us better understand what things are vital for Russia (not saying they'll get all of it), what things they are willing to give up easily and a little bit how they prioritize.
I actually think they have shown a lot here.
So. The dust is settling a little bit around the issue of this weird 28 point #Ukraine #capitulation plan, presented by the #USA.
Aparently, this came out of a Russian initiative. And, as is pointed out by some experts, the russian idea behind the whole project is to use the current extreme political & "on the ground" weakness of Ukraine to either get some form of victory (plus a good starting point for future hostilities) and/or to split the #US entirely from #Europe.
