Beneath the fun/kitch 80ies synth sound, it's actually much harsher than e.g. harsh EBM, a style I know well (my girlfriend loves it) but which I've always found not hard enough for my tastes, especially compared to extreme metal styles (esp. the kick drum).

In den letzten Tagen hab ich zwei mal #Perturbator und #CarpenterBrut live gesehen und aaaahjhhh. Perturbator hat Tactical Precision Disarray als vorletzte Zugabe gespielt und mit diesem unfassbar mächtigen Drop in der Mitte des Songs alle nochmal so richtig umgeboxt. Ich kann diesen Song nie so laut hören, wie ich es gerne würde, aber live kickt das echt nochmal anders. 😩
