I like practical nerdy stuff, like #3dPrints, #HomeAssistant (whether this is practical is arguable, and I am willing to have that debate), #Linux and other such #ActuallyUsefulSoftware. Against #enshittification and #enshittified software, pretty anti big tech.

Which is ironic because I work in a Windows environment for my current day job and am working on my AWS certifications when I'm not at work.

I am married to my lovely wife - we got married in May of this year. She is not on the fedi, at least currently.

Just watched 1942's #CatPeople from #ArchiveOrg. It's great fun, & according to #Wikipedia it "developed a technique later called The Lewton Bus, a jump scare". If you like old movies, you should watch it. I used #torrent to download it.
