I have nothing but praise for #Chewy as a source of delivered dog food and related pet supplies. When I called them today to follow up on why a prescription was canceled, an actual person answered the phone and helped me without putting me on hold or transferring me to someone else. I cannot remember the last time that happened.

Can't resist to get a huge credit to #Chewy. This company has truly exceeded expectations when it comes to relations with customers. Effing #FedeX "delivered" $300 worth of goods somewhere claiming that it was my home. Reached out to #Chewy customer support, new order was created for price of $0 and order was delivered next day by #FedX. What the hell is so difficult to do a delivery ? Apparently #FedX employs people who clearly can't read street names and house numbers.

I know people are supposed to boycott #chewy, but I just can’t. Their level of customer service is amazing.

They just refunded me $60 for the prescription food I bought that my cat ran from because the formula changed and they didn’t indicate that anywhere on the package.

I didn’t ask for a refund, I just left a one star review complaining about it. They emailed me that they refunded my money and they provided a link to tell Hills how unhappy I am about the food. So I did.

When I replied to the email gushing about how thankful I was, I told her this is why I don’t boycott chewy even though their boss helped bring the fascism we have today. Their customer service is the ONLY reason I shop there. And their prices/deals are better than anything I can find here anywhere.

@ashleyspencer We recently lost one of our dogs to illness and called Chewy about possibly returning $75 in prescription meds we had not even opened. They refunded the full price, didn't want the meds returned AND then sent a hand painted stone with Emmy's name on it. Hard to say enough good things about #Chewy customer service.

I inverted a Chewy box over one of our kittens.
