Ernte eines netten Arbeitskollegen überlassen bekommen. Es waren einfach zu viele für ihn. Insgesamt knapp 600 Gramm #Chili
Kurz und dick und sehr scharf. Sorte ihm nicht bekannt. Da ich die #Chilies am liebsten frisch mag wegen des Eigengeschmacks, habe ich sie mit #Zwiebeln und #knoblauch püriert und füge die entstandene Paste nach und nach dem Essen bei. Extrem gut gelungen und sehr lecker.

First #chilies of the season. The 'Tondo Calabrese' in the first picture, which should become round(-ish) #peppers of about 3.5cm diameter and quite mild 5000shu. The second picture is a, still tiny, Diavolicchio Calabrese, which should stay relatively small and has a medium heat of about 40000shu.
