Outre le boss ultime caché (et son journal), qui me rétame en deuxième phase alors que j’ai des combinaisons assez folle de compétences / pictos / luminas, il me reste à trouver, pour le trophée platine, quelques objets/êtres disséminés à travers les mondes et la carte, autant dire des aiguilles dans une botte de foin vu le niveau d’exploration déjà fait !

Pour l’heure je refuse de m’aider d’Internet. Une fois le boss vaincu (si j’y arrive, un adepte des Souls me dit d’abandonner), pour les derniers éléments, ma position changera sans doute.

Si je pouvais je ferais une expedition à la piscine mais j'ai pas de piscine. Du coup on retourne sur Clair obscur: Expediton 33 (NG+ part 4, chapitre 1)

As a publishers, I wouldn't have total confidence on #GamePass.

Just check how #Microsoft knowingly released #OblivionRemastered alongside #Expedition33 and almost botched their Game GOTY chances.

Developers should treat Game Pass as a second-wind impulse, not a day-one release. Leave the latter to #Xbox and keep it that way... unless you desperately need the paycheck.

There is A LOT of map I have not touched. There’s a LOT of encounters I can’t do yet. There are trophies for getting characters up to levels 66 and 99, so I assume you’re meant to keep playing after the final fight.

But at the moment I now don’t have any direction. I mean, I have the side quests. I know what to do. But there’s no more plot line guiding me through carefully balanced regions that gradually increase my skill. So now I think I just blunder around trying different fights.

I finished #clairobscurexpedition33 tonight. 44 hours. I don’t think this 10-second video is a spoiler, but it is from one of the final scenes. It’s a glitch that is funny. Somehow Lune’s hair is coming out the middle of her neck like a bizarre beard. It’s a part of a climactic conversation and this was a bit distracting 😜

So I just beat Simon. Had to set up a nova round with Maelle in phase 2, because fuck me if I can parry / dodge in phase 3. 😅

I have some stuff left to do, but I already felt during the fight, that I’m reaching the point of „enough“ very soon.

It was an amazing game, with an amazing story and great combat.

But to be fair everything that is not either story or combat was just ok, when the dust settles. The levels were often dull, the jump and run mechanics abysmal.

Hence while I really, really love the parts I do love … this is not game of the year material to me. Too much of it is just average.
