The village with the Eicher tractor meeting I wrote about yesterday is about 40 km from home. As the weather was better than predicted I happened to pass through it once again and, surprise!, there were many more people, and tractors, than yesterday; I stopped to take photos.

On Friday, April 26, 2024, we donated a N&K electric motor from 1925 to the Machine Museum Kiel Wik. This motor was in continuous service in a carpentry workshop in Eisenhüttenstadt, powering a bandsaw via a leather belt. Am Freitag, den 26.04.2024 haben wir dem Maschinenmuseum Kiel Wik einen N&K Elektromotor von 1925 als Schenkung übergeben. Dieser Motor hat bis zuletzt in einer Schreinerei in Eisenhüttenstadt seinen Dienst getan. Hier trieb er über einen Lederriemen eine Bandsäge an.
