I had to leave a WhatsApp group earlier when someone said on the local elections that because Reform had done so well but so had other parties there were no real losers.
No the only losers are refugees, anyone with wrong skin colour, the woke, the planet etc. but it’s all just political fun and games to a certain set of people.

But it was also incredibly, incredibly hot: I barely made it home and am still exhausted. Not ‘normal’ for 1st May.

29°C in absolute shade. In our region (eastern France, Vosges du Nord) that once was the normal temperature for July.
