Okay, fine, I think I have fixed my own issue. I am going to move this clock I built out of a cigar case to my office, and moved the (cheap) AA clock to the kitchen where the other cheap AA clock failed. Forgot I had this lol. #clock

Random #clock sustainability question: we churn through a lot of very cheap AA powered wall clocks (which inevitably stop working and cannot be fixed within a year -- cheap plastic).

I have one (Russian) hand crank clock, but are there other wall clock options that don't require constant AA batteries and/or replacement? Opinions/thoughts?

REALLY do not like having disposable clocks.

(Update: duh, forgot I built an old fashioned digit clock from ancient parts some years back and it's sitting in the workshop, going to move that to my office and move the office clock to the kitchen, where el-cheapo Bezos clock died)
