@daihard @ascentale @bikenite Honestly, this is my issue with this one and Biketober and the other varieties. I've enjoyed #coffeeneuring [1] a lot more because it's 7 rides over so many weeks or so with the goal of going somewhere different each time. More flexible across the board. But I'm already car-lite, neighboring car-free, so I don't need encouragement to bike every day.

While riding my bike home from the coffee shop, I saw my neighbor walking his crazy yellow Lab. Mr. Cooper is a well-trained bird dog, but a very ill-mannered social dog - if you know what I mean. Very bouncy. He's about 3 but acts like he is six months old.

My patch & stickers from the #coffeeneuring challenge turned up today.

It used to be said that it was nice when the post wasn’t just bills; nowadays it’s nice when you get post that was actually solicited and isn’t just heading straight into the recycling bin!

These are fab and super pretty. 🤩

✉️ And as a bonus the envelope has a really pretty round stamp on it. I didn’t even know stamps could come as circles!

Does anyone who is into #coffee have a hotel room setup that they like? On a weekend trip I brought a Porlex mini grinder, plastic V60 + filters, and beans from home. But the room had a gross microwave that flavored the water, and a gross Keurig. No hot water down in the lobby.

When we do our #coffeeneuring style group bike ride, folks bring camp stoves and we heat water on those for pour-overs or aeropresses. I think heating water without a camp stove (which I can’t bring in most travel situations ) is the next thing I need to figure out.

Coffeeneuring Challenge 2024 is in the last days of its surprise extension. I don’t think I’ll be getting any more rides in before it’s officially over, so here’s a summary of my rides.
